How buying at Ostrich works, from the product page to your order confirmation.

    Browse the catalogue

    Open any garment to see its page. Tap the photo to zoom in and scroll through the other images in the column beside it. On the right you will find the description, the size guide, the temperature range it is designed for and the shipping and return conditions.

    Choose size and colour

    Select your size and colour and press “Add to cart”. The cart opens in a side panel: from there you can keep shopping or check out.

    Check out

    You can buy with your Ostrich account or as a guest, without registering. With an account your shipping details are filled in for you and you can see your orders and their tracking.

    Shipping details

    Enter your name, full address, postcode, city and phone number. Check that everything is correct: this is what the courier uses to deliver the parcel.

    Discount code

    If you have a code, enter it in the “Discount code” field of the order summary and press “Apply”. The total updates immediately.

  6. 06

    Shipping and payment

    Choose the shipping method and the payment method. Payment is processed on Shopify’s secure gateway: Ostrich never stores your card details. Confirm with “Pay now”.

  7. 07

    Confirmation

    You will receive an email with your order summary and, once it leaves the warehouse, another one with the tracking number. You can also check it under “Track your order”.
